79 - 92 Wiper Rack
We have had a few cars come in with seized wiper racks, that then tended to burn the wiper motor up because it couldn't budge the rack. If we have the problem here in California, it has to be a lot worse wherever there is snow, ice, and salted roads. Note: This is front windshield wiper, not rear wiper.
