Many vendors had
cars on display during MazFest, and everyone was able to get a good look at
their favorite Mazda race cars. |
| Mazda had several of
their newest models on display, including the new CX-7 and the much anticipated
Mazdaspeed3. Also on display were several custom cars buit by Team
Allstars. |

The all Mazda race,
featuring Mazda race cars from various SCCA and NASA classes was a big hit,
despite the rain. |
| Race car ride alongs
were enjoyed by passengers and drivers. Our drivers; Dave, Bob, Kyle, and
Claire, tried everything (broadside slides, dropping tires, drafting other
cars, and catching air off Magic Mountain) to scare our passengers, but no
matter what we tried, they all loved it! The light rain in the middle of the
day added more excitement, but despite our best efforts, no one threw
up. |

The event featured a
car show, with prizes provided by Mother's Wax. Prizes were awarded for best
RX-7, best RX-8, best Miata, best Old School, best Mazda3, and best
Mazda6. |
