86-91 Rear Camber Link Installation

DO NOT Change/Adjust/Tighten THIS NUT !!

Be SURE bushings and links are aligned like this.
Vertical allen bolt offset to OUTSIDE of car, and lower bushing with the THINNER flange inserted into lower hole from the OUTSIDE side of the car.

Thoroughly lube all parts with wheel bearing grease prior to assembly/installation.

Installation will be a little easier if you adjust (using a 3/8" allen wrench and 3/4" wrench) the new links to about the same length as the old ones.

With a pry bar of some sort, pull the control arm DOWN enough to slip the new link into place (be sure not to drop any of the bushings).

Push the link up and down until the bolts can be inserted through the bushing holes.

Tighten the upper and lower through bolts you just installed.

The allen bolt is screwed up and down to adjust the camber of the wheel.

We strongly recommend letting an alignment shop do the final adjusting !!

Once the camber is set, then HOLDING the allen bolt in place, tighten the UPPER nut using a 3/4" wrench.
(Remember, you should never touch that middle nut!!)
