Answering e-mails
International wire transfers
Cleaning
(everyone here does)
Other functions as needed by work load:
Handling
returns
Receiving in orders
Shipping
Parts ordering
Inventory
maintenance
Work Environment: Constantly busy - there is
always more to do than time available
If you want a cushey,
lean-back/talk on phone job - this is NOT for you
Seven people total
including you
Everyone pretty much helps / fills in for everyone else as
needed, when possible

Station phone system + headsets
-- allows being on phone WHILE shipping,
pulling parts, putting parts away, etc
-- allows us to take orders WHILE we
are waiting for a bank to verify a credit card, etc.
