Racing Exhaust
The Racing Beat RX-8 Race Exhaust System is a lightweight exhaust system that is intended for street or race applications.This system is significantly lighter than the stock system and has been designed to meet a race track imposed 92db sound limit. All components are handcrafted using 304-stainless steel materials for excellent durability and strength. As a weight saving measure, the decorative tip outlet was removed, and replaced with a downward-angled outlet pipe. This pipe reflects exhaust noise downward in an attempt to further dissipate the sound.	16396
The Racing Beat catalytic converter replacement pipe is made from full 304-stainless steel. This mandrel-bent 3” OD racing pipe is a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock catalytic converter section. The race pipe is equipped with a sensor fitting for the oxygen sensor. (Note: Placement of the sensor in the pipe will cause the “check engine” light to be illuminated, but performance and engine systems will not be affected.)	16201

Racing Beat offers a full 304-stainless steel catalytic converter replacement pipe with dual resonators for RX-8 racing applications. Fitted with two (2) specially designed resonator units specifically for the RX-8 chassis. This is a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock catalytic converter section. Each replacement pipe is equipped with a sensor fitting for the oxygen sensor.
